1. Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your DNC Flow account and associated account information stored by DNC Software Lab, contact us using the email address below.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your DNC Flow account and use Account Deletion Request as the email subject.

2. Account Information

Upon an account deletion request, DNC Software Lab will delete the account information associated with your DNC Flow account that is maintained on our systems, subject to any information that we may be legally required to retain.

This may include account information such as your email address, authentication information, subscription status, and AI scan quota records associated with your account.

3. Transaction Data Stored on Your Device

Your DNC Flow financial ledger, including your transaction entries, categories, totals, and account ledgers, is stored locally on your device.

This transaction database is not synchronized to a DNC Flow cloud database and is therefore not part of the account information stored on our servers.

You can remove locally stored application data through your device's available app-data controls or by uninstalling DNC Flow.

4. Notification & AI Processing Data

DNC Flow may transmit relevant notification text to our AI service provider when automatic transaction detection requires AI processing, as described in our Privacy Policy .

This processing is separate from your locally stored financial ledger. DNC Flow does not upload or synchronize your complete transaction database or notification history to DNC Gateway.
